Environmental Policy

Graham Group constantly strives to achieve and maintain a high standard of environmental performance in all of its activities.  As a result Graham Group will:

• Maintain an Environmental Management System in accordance with the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 14001
• Manage its operations in compliance with all environmental regulations, licenses and legislation
• Identify and monitor environmental risks arising from its operations and develop practices that will minimise the impact of the company’s activities on the environment
• Continually improve its environmental performance by adopting and developing best practice to minimise the generation of waste and prevention of  pollution
• Pursue a relationship of trust with the community, statutory authorities and other stakeholders to take into account community values and their expectations of the company’s environmental performance
• Ensure that all employees and contractors are adequately trained and knowledgeable so that all activities are undertaken in an environmentally responsible manner
• Communicate with employees and stakeholders regarding its environmental performance
• Inform its customers and suppliers of the company’s environmental aims and their responsibilities in relation to Graham Group
