Graham Group is committed to continually improving Occupational Health & Safety (“OH & S”) in all of its businesses.  All Graham Group businesses have a responsibility to provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment for the benefit of all employees and visitors.

OH & S is also integral to Graham Group’s objective of maximising productivity and growth.

In particular, Graham Group is committed to:

• Responsibility and Accountability
  Defining, designating, documenting and communicating OH & S responsibilities and accountabilities for managers, supervisors and employees, contractors, sub-contractors and visitors.

• Systems and Procedures
  Planning, developing, maintaining and improving systems and procedures to prevent accidents and ill health while catering for the rehabilitation of injured employees.

• Communications
  Fostering open and constructive communications and consultation between all levels of management and employees in order to maximise the development of systems and procedures.

• Education and Training
  Providing appropriate education and training to all levels of management and employees.

• Compliance
  Ensuring that all of its businesses have management systems and operating procedures which will, at the very least, secure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, and to identifying, controlling and monitoring the OH & S risks associated with its businesses.  Resources commensurate with this commitment will be made available.
