Projects
1) Albion Hotel - Parramatta, NSW – Decorative wall screens were created using Mastermesh® Perforated Metal Code - UP0163212 (80m2). All sheets were supplied in standard sizes, cut to size by the client & installed in untreated finish to achieve the 'Industrial look' specified by the architect. Certain sheets were also intricately cut to size & powder coated in various colours to achieve the decorative wall screen affect.
2) Wilson Street Car park - Albury, NSW – Car Park Screen/Façade using Mastermesh® Perforated Metal Code - UP1271730 (1,034m2). All sheets were custom made to order with unperforated margins for ease of installation. Sheets were ordered in untreated mild steel, but then given a heavy duty powder coated finish by the client before final installation.
3) Commercial Building - Brookvale, NSW – Balustrade infill panels using Mastermesh® Expanded Metal Code ULD3039 + Steel Edge Trim (SET6). Standard sheet sizes were supplied, cut to size & welded together by the client, before an industrial hot dip galvanised finish. The use of the SET's provides an alternative to conventional methods of framing & installation. SET also provides a smooth continuous frame, thus removing the danger of sharp edges from cutting & fabrication.
4) Centre Court Project - Top Ryde, NSW – Car Park Screen/Façade using Mastermesh® Expanded Metal Code SUN1612 (1780m2). All sheets were custom made to order to suit the clients unique application & installation method.
5) Concord Hospital - Concord NSW – Perforated Metal fencing using Mastermesh® Perforated Metal Code GP0648516 (200m2). Providing 51% open area, GP0648516 was the perfect selection to provide security fencing without restricting any vision. Standard sheets sizes were supplied & then powder coated prior to installation.
6) Darling Harbour, NSW – In one of Sydney most prominent new residential areas, Mastermesh® Perforated Metal Code AP1912530 (778m2) was selected for the large Pergolas, providing sunshade over the communal waterfront areas. The entire project was custom made to order, to suit the clients unique application. The perforated aluminium sheets were supplied in various sizes (up to 4.6m long) with unperforated margins for installation/fixing. The sheets were then powder coated by the client before final installation.
7) Commercial Building Car park, Nth Ryde, NSW – Car Park Screen/façade using Mastermesh® Expanded Metal Code ULD3039 (144m2). Client utilised our standard size sheets & hot dip galvanised all components prior to installation.
8) Residential Balconies - Revesby, NSW Balconies – Balustrade infill panels using Mastermesh® Perforated metal Code GP0951430 (101m2). Client used standard sheet sizes before fabricating into angle frame & powder coated finish.
9) Westmead Children’s Hospital – Westmead NSW – During recent renovations at Westmead Hospital, Mastermesh® Expanded Metal Code SUN1611 (363m2) was installed around the perimeter of the new helli-pad. SUN1611 was chosen, not only to act as a sunscreen, but as an effective perimeter safety barrier.
10) Auburn Home Mega Mall – Auburn, NSW – Car Park Screen/Facade using Mastermesh® Expanded Metal Code LD3039 (351m2). Standard sheet sizes were utilised, fabricated into steel support frames and then powder coated by the client before installation.
